I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews for businesses that have incompetent staff members, but after reading through the reviews I seen other people who had similar concerns.
I came in on April 28th for a cut and color. Before I left I made a follow up appointment for 7 weeks later. I didn't receive a confirmation call for my appointment, so I decided to call and confirm before driving over there. I found out that I was not scheduled. Thinking that I may have written the date incorrectly I asked the gal to check for future appointments and discovered that I was never scheduled for a follow up appointment, as I should have been.
I was disappointed from the start. I paid for something that I did not request, but I was willing to give it another shot knowing that what I asked for may take time. Now to find out that they failed to schedule me for a follow up appointment that I made specific arrangements for is absurd to say the least.
FYI to the owner and staff,
Offering a different time (5 hours later) for a mistake on your behalf doesn't cut it. Most people schedule appointments to fit their availability or make schedule changes to accommodate what is available AT THE TIME THEY MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. You want to rethink your processes to ensure everyone is doing their jobs correctly so it doesn't effect your business.
