  • Let me first preface this review by saying the unit I lived in was great. However, the negative experience I had with the management staff at the time of move out greatly overshadowed my time here. When we first moved in, we were told that the carpets were replaced after every tenant. We were also made aware that if we hung anything on the wall, we would just need to patch the holes & they would take care of the re-painting at no additional cost. After returning our keys to the leasing office at the time of move out, we were sent an email listing outrages charges--such as a full carpet replacement as well as a full paint job. The discrepancy in communication with he management staff is what lead to an overall unpleasant experience. Unless you are okay paying almost a full month's rent in move out fees, I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.
