  • I worked with Bryce to try to find a solution for my home and auto insurance. He seemed nice enough and really was in the beginning. When we sold our house and bought a new one I again asked him for a quote. Long story short there was a bit of miscommunication and I decided to shop around for insurance as his quoted policy didn't fit my needs. To be fair the terms for the new policy were different than the terms for the policy Bryce quoted me but I am not an insurance agent and don't know the nuances of the field and he didn't at any point explain the terms that could be adjusted. I ended up finding a policy to match my needs and budget with a different company. I called Bryce and explained what happened and he became unprofessional and fairly rude. I understand that it's a business but that doesn't justify being rude to customers who don't understand how insurance works. After telling me he would no longer accept my business in the future he thought it was prudent to email me and point out he could have gotten me a better policy which I felt was quite rude and unnecessary. I will not be calling this company in the future nor referring my friends to them.
