  • We stayed there on 7/13/16 and it was awful. Upon entering the room it was tiny and sooooo hot! The fridge was not turned on either. Upon inspecting the AC unit we found out it was broken. We called the desk and they said maintenance would be on the way. A man showed up with only a piece of paper in his hand and said this would fix it. He ripped off strips and tried to rig the controls with this paper. We demanded a new room. Again the room was hot but the fridge was turned on. We had to leave right away so we hoped for the best. We got back at midnight and the man at the front desk was very very rude. He refused to tell us where we could go to eat and yelled because we were talking in the lobby...where no one else was. When we got to the room it was HOT!!!! We again called the rude man at the desk and he said there was nothing to do. Now we had 4 people and only 3 towels, the tissue holder was empty, we had a third a roll of toilet paper, the bathroom was filthy and the linen looked like it had not been changed. We had to literally soak towels in the cooler with ice and put them on our bodies to cool down!! We had asked for a late check out and at 11:15 the manager was banging on our door for us to leave. The rude nite clerk never put it in the system!! Breakfast was stale and the orange juice looked brown. DO NOT stay here. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that I wished we would have known about.
