  • Thanks to the piece of crap washer I have (Whirlpool Cabrio) I have had to use these guys twice in the past couple months. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and friendly -- from the lady answering the phones and setting up the appointments to the service tech that came out. They gave me a four hour window for when they'd be out, but called me 10-15 minutes before they got to my place. The service tech did a great job of showing/explaining the problem and fixed the problem quickly. Didn't leave a mess behind either. They do seem a little pricey but I'm happy with their service and would probably use them again.
