rev:text	WHERE do I begin..... I have only lived here 2 months and it has been a complete circus-- in the worst way possible. Upon moving in, my apartment was FILTHY. The bathtub had black, dirty footprints in it and there was poop stains in the toilet!!!!! Mortified, I immediately contacted the office and they said they'd send a cleaning crew. Two months later, I'm still waiting. My one bedroom apartment is STILL missing a kitchen drawer and closet door. I've reached out numerous times and was promised that it would be taken care of. Two months later and I'm still using silverware out of a ziplock bag BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A DRAWER!!!!! It is truly unacceptable. They sure don't forget to charge me rent and ludicrous bills for water. I could honestly live in a house for what they charge on my water bill. I only signed a 9 month lease and my heart is bursting with joy at the thought of moving out. I tell everyone I know and come across to avoid this dump, unless they like cockroaches and midnight fist fights outside their windows. I wish I could give Xander3900 no stars. I was looking forward to my own place, and this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Getting my mail is a joke. I have to basically roundhouse the door to get it open. Of course, this hasn't been fixed either. I see maintenance and people that "work" here riding around on their dumb golf carts all day but don't know what they are fixing. The people in the office are ridiculously uneducated and condescending. Just skip this pain and stay away!
