  • This place is truly special. It's hard to know where to begin. In fact, I think I'm going to stop writing this and go have a beer there. In short: in the summer, their indoor-outdoor setup can't be beat. In the winter, the fireplace keeps us all warm. Live music all the time. Martin, who founded the venue more than 24 years ago, recently passed away. Now his daughter Jenna takes care of the artists, and the artists take care of us. So many times I debated between going to some expensive show or just going to the spider. The spider wins hands down.
