| - Bad experience so far. Here with friends who is a Wyndham member.
Went out of our room around 7:30am to find place to eat. I saw a lady who is pushing a big cart with food. I asked her nicely, where I can find a place to eat. She raised her hand like telling me to go away and she said, "No, no, this is only for a guest." I ignored her because I didn't wanna ruin my day. I asked the front desk for a place to eat. She said, there's a complimentary food if we are a member. Other than that the pool area opens at 8 and they serve food there.
I went back to our room. I asked my friend, if he had signed up for complimentary breakfast. He said, yes, let's go down and get breakfast.
We were refer to go to second floor. My friend handed the yellow slip to one of the lady. She told us we can go ahead and walk to where the food is being serve. As soon as we got there, this rude lady is the food server. She started asking my friend with attitude if we were a guest. My friend said yes we are. We already talked to the lady, she told us to walk this way to get our food. A brief silent, she didn't tell us what is being served? She open the tray, since I am short. I couldn't see it, I went on the side to peak and she rudely told me to go the other way. That's when I finally blew up. I told her, that she's been rude. I told her, I couldn't see what she was serving. So I had to go to the side to look at the food since she is not being accommodating to the hotel guest. I walked out.
I made a complain about the attitude of the food server at the second floor where we present our complimentary breakfast, her excuse is she doesn't know if I was a guest. Instead of apologizing for food server's action, she tried to defend her, by saying she doesn't know if I was a guest?!
What the hell is wrong with these employees? Whether I am a guest or not, that's not how you talk to anyone! You don't give them attitude, you don't make sign language for them to go away and your employee should always be polite and courteous period!!!
How would people be inclined to join your Timeshare if this is the way your employees treat people?
I am looking forward to hearing from the management about this. This is supposed to be a vacation where I can enjoy and find peace of mind. Not be talk to like I am no one and if I am not a guest I don't deserve respect.
