I purchased my F150 last year from Sherri Anderson and until today I had no issues. A check engine light came on last night and I was almost to scared to drive the truck. I called my sale lady whom after a year remembered me! I was shocked when she asked how my family was doing by name. Well she took my call and calmed my nerves down and said she would make an appt for me first thing in the am when the dealership opened. At 830 I came rolling in nervous about the outcome. Sherri was waiting for me and introduced me to Justin in service. He let me know what I should expect and it's hard to make a diagnoses just form a check engine light. He looked up my records and showed I purchased a ford extended warranty so I should be
covered for repair and a rental car. At once I could feel the tension release knowing I wouldn't have a hefty service bill and worry about a ride to work. Throughout the day both Sherri and Justin stayed in contact with me for updates. Wow wow wow. This is customer service you just don't get anymore. I truly felt like a valued human being and a customer. Thanks Ford country and your caring staff. Sherrie really went out of her way to keep her customer happy even one year after the sale.
