  • I was moving out of a rental that I had lived in for almost 3 years and was required to have the carpet professionally cleaned before I moved out. I also have a dog that had dug in a few spots on the carpet, some of them all the way through to the pad that needed repaired. After calling a couple of other carpet cleaning/repair companies and receiving quotes around $500-600, I called Horizon and boy was it the right call! The owner was very friendly and accommodating to schedule a quote around my work schedule and the techs were very friendly and professional. They even talked me out of some of the repairs saying they weren't necessary, saving me money and quoting me less than half of the other guys for the whole house clean and repairs. The work was done on time and looked great! The couple of repairs that were necessary looked good. They were noticeable upon close inspection, but light years ahead of what they were. So good, in fact, that I received 100% back from my security deposit, a feat that I did not think possible with the way I have been nickled and dimed in the past when moving out. Couldn't be happier with the job done and the price and will recommend them to anybody.
