  • Called for a taxi after delayed flight arrived in Cleveland at 2am. Waited 25 minutes and no taxi. Called again and taxi arrived around 2:45am. Then was charged twice for the ride when the driver insisted the credit card machine didn't work. Still waiting for my refund. Don't use them. I'd give them a -0- rating.
