  • NEVER use this company. Our insurance referred us to them and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. My car was located in an employee parking garage and they couldn't find the location and the operator said they didn't have our information, even though we were already referred to them and we had an ETA of when they would arrive. So we left the car in the garage and waited 2 days (since we didn't have time to tow it) before calling them back and tried to give them special instructions, since 1. the garage didn't have an official address, so we gave them the cross streets and theres a huge sign that says staff parking on the garage's side and 2. the driver needs my employee badge to get into the garage. But 777 Towing WOULD NOT listen to our instructions and wouldnt accommodate to our special situation. We said we could go to their office and lead their driver to the garage or have the driver come to our house so we can direct him. But they would not agree and kept telling us to call our insurance provider. Then they said they could not help us and hangs up. We called twice and they hung up on us BOTH TIMES. Terrible and rude customer service; the first operator said "we can't help you. Have a good night" and hangs up, and the second operator said "we cant stay on the phone this long. Have a good day" and hangs up once again. Find another towing company. I made a Yelp account just to inform all of you of this crappy company.
