I've heard great things about this sale and finally checked it out this year. I went to the Amex Cardmember pre-sale and boy, this sale really lived up to it's expectations. The space is huge and there is everything from Christmas ornaments, to backyard furniture, to fine china for great prices. I was hoping to find some Riedel glasses but didn't see any. However, I managed to buy a couple of global knives for the kitchen at a great price (the best feeling is going to William Sonoma a day later and seeing the same knives for a more expensive price)
I'd recommend leaving your whole afternoon free for this event because it'll take a while to navigate through the entire space.
There were a couple drawbacks (not enough to turn me away): the amount of people - to be honest I'm scared to think of what the normal sale is like. I had a hard time pushing my way through the presale. The parking situation is not the greatest either. They were charging $5 for parking and had tow trucks on site for anyone who parked on the sidewalk. We had a park several blocks up and in pouring rain, it was not fun.
