  • My sister & I went to the sushi bar on a Sunday afternoon and I was quite pleased. The chefs at the bar were very friendly and chatty (though I'm sure that had something to do with how empty the place was), and we got a ton of sushi for under $40. My sister got the spider rolls and I ended up stealing a few because they were so tasty. I live in Chicago, and the prices were pretty comparable to cheaper sushi there, so it was a great deal. My sister keeps saying we have to go back over the holidays, and I definitely agree! EDIT: So we went back on Saturday and this time shared the maki platter, some Spider rolls, and the Hanalei rolls. The hanalei rolls were by far the best sushi I have ever had. I am still having dreams about them. That's all.
