I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute foot reflexology massage. There was only one person working there Fri. night. The poor lady had to stop at least 8 times during my massage to answer the phone and to see who walked in the front door. She new so little English I couldn't communicate with her. I paid an extra $6.00 for oil and I believe it was to have the rest of my back massaged. She basically rubbed my feet and legs continuously for about 20 minutes each, no pressure points were addressed. She rubbed my neck and shoulders, and did my back last, even though I tried to tell her to stop with my legs and feet because she wasn't accomplishing anything because she wasn't really doing foot reflexology. With all the charts posted around everywhere, I thought this place was going to be really legit. She finished the last few minutes with hot stones. An excessive amount of oil was dumped continuously over my back. I went to leave a $15.00 tip and she pointed to a tip sign that said "really happy," & that I owed 6.00 for whatever she showed me earlier on the wall. I said fine, just keep the whole $20. What a joke!
