  • Stayed here over fight weekend. While the staff was very friendly and professional, I have no gripes there. My problem is with the facilities. As a world of Hyatt member I've stayed at numerous Hyatt properties including Hyatt place and have never stayed at a facility as subpar as this one. There was no housekeeping service. No one came to replenish our towels, I had to call twice and someone finally came. There were stains on the carpet and bugs everywhere. The room was in complete disrepair and desperately needs a deep cleaning and upgrade. This is not indicative of the standards I'm used t at Hyatt properties. I would not stay here again.
