  • They WILL keep your deposit regardless of condition. Poor management. Legally, tenants need 48 hour notice before entering if it's non-emergency. They will not, and blame the tenant for everything. Management bad-mouthed me to community members looking to buy the property and they showed the house without considering I currently live there. Nightmare of a company. They deferred everything to the owner. What exactly are you here for?
