My first appointment with Yontz was alright. I thought she was friendly.
She gave me a pair of contacts to try on, it was good until it gets a bit dry. Then I had my followup with Perez, he was friendly as well. He gave me different pair of contacts this time, not only it irritated my eyes, he didnt even bother to tell me that this pair of contact is slightly off my eyesight degree. How professional is that??? So the whole time my left eye vision was blurred and I thought there's something wrong with my eye. My 3rd followup was with Yontz again. I mentioned the problem I'm having, I thought it might be the eyesight degree was wrong. She got all offended with me and said that she did the RIGHT vision exam on me, claimed that it was Perez's fault for giving me the off degree contact lenses. From that moment on, she went from being nice to sarcastic biatch. I asked for a "correct" contacts but she said they dont have it (hello??? she didnt even check the stock room!!!)..... As a professional doctor, shouldn't you listen to your patience's problem? Perhaps re-exam my eye or offer to give alternative solution?? But I guess she's NOT a professional.
I still made the purchase because I needed contacts and glasses badly. But I think I'm going to a different doc because i think she didnt do my exam right. My left eye is still slightly blur.
If you decided to go here, PLEASE DONT ASK FOR YONTZ.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
