  • Do not ever move into this place!!!! Not only has there been a ton of robberies in this place. Management is horrible. They're way over priced and won't even heat the pool. Homeless people walk around the community at night. We had an ant infestation for months and they did nothing. We had crazy down stairs neighbors who would call the cops on my one year old baby because he was banging on the floor!! The cops would show up thinking they we're breaking up a party and literally laugh! We tried to break our lease and they tried to charge us $5000 to break it! When we only had 3 months left on our lease so it made more sense to just stay the last 3 months! Management would come by during the DAY and say we we're making too much noise when it would be just be and my baby at home watching tv! Not only that but this place is a scam! U have to let them know three months prior to ur lease being up if u are moving out or they charge you another fat fee!!! I've never heard of an apartment place doing that when ur lease is up! When we moved out there was no damage to the apartment at all but some how charged us $500 for a carpet cleaning fee. To top that off when u call management to fix something they never fix it!!! We went on vacation for a month and came back and under the sink smelled horrible so we asked them to fix the garbage disposal and they said there was nothing wrong with it and the smell was "normal". This place is disgusting and if u want to get royally FCkd over, move here.
