  • I am a disabled Veteran. Wanted to buy a storm door and security door. No one would help us. Finally got help from an old woman about 70 that could not comprehend questions or anything about the product. After 20 mins she got some chubby white guy walking around with a coffee cup. I asked him to let me see something on the top shelf. I was informed that only 1 person in the store had that ability. He was rude and lazy. Home Depot lost a $700 purchase and our business permanently.
