I came here while in town visiting from the states. I was looking for more of an everyday purse. I picked something out but after getting back to my hotel I realized it was too small for everyday on top of the fact that when I google'd the designer, I found the purse on DSW's website for $59.99 and I paid $210 at the store. I went back the next day to return it and was told they don't do refunds, only store credit. It's a very small store and it's all unique items so you really have to go item by item to see what they have. I might not be as "fashionable" as these ladies but I was not going to drop $150-$200 on a top with giant sleeves or other strange "high fashion" items. I ended up leaving with a GORGEOUS $500 white leather jacket (after googling to make sure they hadn't marked it up an insane amount). While at the end of the day, I'm happy with the jacket, they really need to state on their receipts that it's "Store Credit Only" or verbally tell their customers. It just left a bad taste in my mouth as I was only in town for a few days and had to use the credit. If the receipt stated that they didn't provide refunds this would be a different situation but seems like an easy fix on their part.
