  • I would give more than 5 stars for how happy I am with my recent California Closet installs. Speaking specifically of the Dean Martin, Las Vegas location, our designer was Simone- she met with us in their beautiful showroom and then came to the house for onsite measurements and design ideas. She fully understood our needs and incorporated EVERY single request we had into the resulting designs. We met back in the showroom where you can see your product in 1D and 3D on a big screen. She changed and redesigned our projects- 5 total- right then based on our preferences in color and materials and for some of them budgeting concerns, helping us get the orders just right. Then we met with Larry, the owner and he took over production and scheduling. Due to new home delays on our part, Larry went over and above rescheduling us as needed- so accommodating! We had two different phases of project installs- with a master closet, 2 kids closets and a walk in pantry done first by Ernesto and Mario. These two installers were incredible- beyond fabulous- courteous, clean, completely respectful and extremely hard workers who NEVER stopped hustling. Two weeks later, our house was organized enough that we proceeded with a full wall Murphy Bed / cabinet/ shelving installation. Was so happy to see Ernesto and Mario once again- same as before! These two guys rock! Generally, reviews I read speak to the expense of CC, it was a concern of mine as well but we felt like you get what you pay for. Didn't want to just "make something work" any longer with store bought systems. These CC projects were customized to exactly our needs.
