| - Similar to an earlier review, but even weirder. I have an unusual and difficult pool, I totally recognize. It has a tipu tree arching over it that sheds or blossoms on it for a total of about 4 months out of the year, creating an ongoing foliage problem. I know how to manage a pool, having worked in the business professionally myself, but I'm gone out of state or country for a good part of the year, so I need professional help. The technicians are exceptional; both of the guys are solid, dedicated, and finish a job they start, keeping me updated all the time.
I'm willing to pay and pay well for my pool's upkeep. I think I'm a dream customer.
The problem has been Janeen, the gatekeeper. She gets angry and berates me for not taking care of my pool (I clean everything I can every time I'm home, though she oddly tells me I don't). Not offering service solutions (which I'd be happy to pay for), but blaming me for being a bad pool owner. Accusing me of lying and mistreating her technicians. Hanging up on me and firing me as a customer, then taking me back when either I or my wife finally gets back through to her. It's like a bad date that never ends.
They could make a fortune on me by just offering solutions that I'd be happy to pay for.
I'm already steeling for the response from her that I suspect is coming. But from a customer's perspective, this is--if anything--a generous review. Five stars for the technicians; zero for the slog through Dramaville it takes to get to them.
