  • I travel a lot and went to your Phoenix airport location this morning. I was looking for a coffee and when I stepped up to the counter was greeted by a great guy named Amel. Super friendly, polite and hospitable. He took a genuine interest in where I was traveling and genuinely made my morning great! This is not something you see often these days. I am from Dallas and when he asked where I was headed informed me he was a cowboys fan! Though I am not A Cowboys fan I will in no way hold that against him or your shop and will return one day soon. You need more people like him. My only disappointment was that when I went to your website there was no link to contact your company and share this terrific morning experience. I failed to mention that the Carmel latte I ordered was far better than Starbucks. Thank you!
