  • Nice new comfy recliner chairs are nice. Problem is, too many times recently we haven't been able to get tickets to come in and sit in one. Sometimes we have, but many times, no. We get to the theatre ahed of the movie starting, and there's either no seats, or just a few scattered seat, available. On the off-chance that we are able to get a ticket and get in, the concessions line is awfully confusing. You order in one location, then go on to select your items, pay somewhere else then pick up your food. NOT a convenient process. Confusing to say the least. Despite the nice, big comfy chairs, I'll stick to Harkins.
