  • We booked this hotel through Alaska Airlines, older hotel right in the middle of old town and an easy walking distance to everything! I must say that every employee here was cheerful, warm and helpful. Rooms are large and well appointed. Check in was not "obvious" when we walked in and that is the only reason for not providing a full 5 star, we were greeted and shown to the check in area. Yes, elevators are slow but this is not a brand new hotel and there are only 6 floors so the wait was no big deal. There is no actual on-site room service but they do have a 24/7 order menu that you pick up at the front desk.
