  • They cancelled our weekend reservation less than 24 hours beforehand. They said our reserved boat had been damaged by a previous renter and their other boats had been damaged as well. Very disappointing (and somewhat unbelievable), as we had planned this as a family birthday outing...but hey, they offered us a refund on our deposit (duh) and 15% off a future rental. So generous of them! I get that unexpected things happen, but I think a last minute cancellation deserves a little more than a 15% discount on a future purchase.
