If I could give no stars, that's what this store deserves. My girlfriend wanted to get the iPad Pro so we called around different AT&T locations to see if they had them in stock. We then called this store to see if they had them and the associate said yes. So we headed over there and we asked for a space gray iPad Pro and the girl went to the back and got it out for us. She activated it and everything. This associate didn't do that great of a job explaining things but we let it slide but that was our mistake. Today, we found out that the "iPad Pro" was really a 5th generation iPad because the Apple Pencil we bought at Best Buy would not connect to it. My girlfriend took a closer look at the paperwork and it said it was a 5th generation iPad. My girlfriend called them to let them know and the same girl who assisted us answered the phone saying to bring it in to see what they can do for us and that they had BOTH the iPad Pro and the 5th generation iPad in stock. My girlfriend got there and was told they had to order the iPad Pro because they didn't have it in stock. ??????????? How do you tell someone twice that you have it in stock and have them drive over only to mess up the first time (by giving them the wrong product) and then have them drive over again to tell them that the product they originally should have gotten has to be ordered online.
On top of all this, they really charged my girlfriend a restocking fee of $40 for a mistake the associate made. We asked for an iPad Pro for a reason and instead we were given a 5th generation iPad and we still had to pay the price for their mistake. What kind of business does that? Terrible customer service and your employees need to be trained properly.
Save yourself time and DON'T come to this location. There's a reason this store is rated so low and let this be an example why.
