  • I don't post many reviews on Yelp but Daniel is in a word, awesome. I had a defect in my outer wall where a couple of rats had attempted to build a nest just under the lip of the house's outerwall, exploiting a weakness left behind by lazy constructing. After getting the rodents dealt with, my exterminator suggested getting someone to fix the cavity left behind by the nesting rats. I had no idea how to describe the problem, but with a handful of insightful questions Daniel managed to translate my clumsy attempts of describing my problem into possible project. Some pics sent via email confirmed his hunches, with further correspondences swiftly leading to a set up a time and date (Daniel has a very responsive website and email setup, far more sophisticated than the norm making him highly communicative and responsive). Showing up on time, we interacted briefly at the problem site where he explained to me what he was going to do, he even patched another dent in my outer stucco wall nearby within the same visit. All told it took him about 40ish minutes from start to stop, and during our short chat I could tell he takes the word "Integrity" in his business title very seriously. Daniel is stunningly honest, communicative, accomodating and charming, I have absolutely zero hesitation in keeping his card in my wallet for any sort of handyman project.
