I was invited to dinner here with a friend of mine. It was not easy to find, but once you realize where it is, it's easy enough. The place is quite small but quaint, had good energy. I was greeted at our table right away since I came in a few minutes after my friend. I order moscato and shrimp and grits. My friend already had a Belgium beer and he ordered the crawfish Ettouffee. The food arrived fairly quick for a very busy restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their garlic bread was awesome, and my shrimp and grits were by far the best I've ever had. I've had it at 2 other Cajun restaurants and they were mediocre. The seasoning was perfect for my taste. It was plenty of food, unfortunately I did not have room to finish it all. And no room for dessert! Their desserts looked amazing! It's been two days and I am already craving to go back. If you go to the Downtown location, best to make a reservation.
