  • Shopping for home furnishings can be an arduous task. There are so many different choices, so many different places, and so many different prices. I highly value that RC Willey's furniture sets are usually quality pieces that last, in addition to their price matching and customer service. I recently purchased a home in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and have furnished it entirely through RC Willey (appliances, furniture, etc). I'm not going to lie, I price matched the crap out of my purchases until there was absolutely nothing left to price match. I, like most people, work hard for my money and will save it where I can. If you're looking for appliances through Best Buy or Sears, get your price and take it to RC Willey. I guarantee that they will not only stand behind their product and match the price, but their customer service will go above and beyond any other business's customer service. I highly recommend Patty Tompai in appliances and Rik Payton in furniture. They are both class acts who are there to help, are always present, but never hover like a vulture over a dead carcass. Patti went above and beyond in helping with our order, even working for us remotely on her days off. Also I wanted to give a shout out to the appliance manager John. He too is a class act who gives RC Willey a fantastic name. The only thing I forewarn you about is sometimes the speed at which RC Willey operates at the front office is not the most...expeditious. It's also the only place I've encountered poor customer service. If you're up at the counter and being helped by a manager/supervisor named Emily, tread lightly. She carries a massive chip on her shoulder that still isn't representative of her snide remarks and snarky attitude. All in all, and Emily aside, RC Willey has earned a lifelong customer in me. As my needs continue to grow, RC Willey can count on my business.
