| - Our agency has ordered close to 70 times from Overnight Prints over the past couple years. Lately their work has become so consistently terrible, that I avoid them like the plague.
Our last order was but one example. After paying $30 to expedite the order, for an urgent need a client had, it arrived a day late. Then we discovered that the cards were cut so far off center that I could see the colors from neighboring cards on mine. Not only that, the cards were covered in black specks. We're talking about issues that show negligence from the people maintaining the presses, pulling the sheets, cutting the sheets, boxing the cards, and shipping them. So many people must not care for this series of events to happen that it has destroyed the last shred of hope I had for them. I've become an expert at getting Overnight the photos they need for returns, so that went okay, except they shipped the replacement by ground, and then... the colors were out of sync. Really!?
Somehow Overnight Print manages to show amazing reviews when you search on Google. I don't know who is writing them, because I have found that I am more likely to get a bad order lately than a good one. Buyer beware.
