  • Only reason for the 2 stars is because the reasonable price I pay. Other than that, the accommodations suck. I hardly go, but when I do, there's never any carts available and when you press the intercom for the front desk, either no one answers or it's broken. I had 8 medium boxes I had to carry up one at a time...that sucked because I had to take 1 box out of my truck, take the elevator up, carry it to my unit, put it in, then lock it up so no one steals anything, go back down and do it 7 more times. I'm a contractor and currently renovating another storage facility's office, they ALWAYS have carts available because they let their customers know who's boss. I know people get stupid and the carts in their unit so they always have one, but the management need to be on top of it
