  • 0 stars. This poor excuse for a charity service is disrespectful of donors' time and all-around horrible. I am writing this review to hopefully spare future donors' time. I re-scheduled meetings and took the day off of work like many reviewers below. Surprise, surprise, all of my belongings are still waiting to be donated after I was told "the truck is full" at 4:55 pm by a very rude employee. What a joke, and what a waste of my day. I will be donating larger pieces through the Brown Elephant and dropping smaller pieces at a nearby Goodwill- this awful company doesn't deserve it.
