  • I called to book in for a mani-pedi and they told me they take the cost of the service off of your credit card in advance, I found it confusing. I just wanted to try them out, they have decent reviews here. I am a hairstylist, I would never miss a pedicure appointment, it makes our job a lot more comfortable. If the appointment is the same day, I don't understand pre-paying before your service is even rendered. I could better understand if it was to hold the booking, but pre-charging seems out of the ordinary.
