  • I've been with Dr. Cool since we bought our house in 2009. Eric has told me every year that he'd rather me just get my a/c and furnace serviced as opposed to him trying to "pressure sell me something I don't need." So when my A/C died a couple of days ago, Scott from Dr. Cool was here to replace my transformer and blower to get my A/C up and running. Scott even returned this morning to make sure everything was working alright and to me, that's above and beyond. Thanks to Dr. Cool, the house is livable again.
