rev:text	TERRIBLE ROOMS, BROKEN LOCKS. & BROKEN AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN THE HOT DESERT! Don't let the pretty pool & lobby fool you! Great location but awful rooms. I was moved from 3 different rooms. Locks don't work & went to the lobby over 6 times to have them re activate my keys. I had them in my pocket by itself. No credit cards, keys, or phone! The AC DID NOT WORK And WAS OLD IN 2 of the rooms. When my keys didn't work the maid couldn't call or let me in. I had to walk all the way to the front. My key card wouldn't allow me to park. Valet walked me to my final room which they couldn't even get in. They made me wait outside for 10 minutes in the heat while they walked up front to get a working key. They told me they're waiving the resort fee but when I made reservation there supposedly wasn't a resort fee. I was told I had free parking but then when my friend got there, they said they have to pay $15. They said they have a kid friendly pool which is closed & a pool party with a Dj they didn't mention so she could not bring her 3 young sons to the pool. My sliding glass door had a broken lock & couldn't be locked, front door had a broken deadbolt & wouldn't connect, & the door to room next door was unlocked & completely open when I came back to the room! There's a Days Inn & Chapparal suites right down the street better than this! CHAPPARAL SUITES HAS FREE DRINKS & free hot breakfast included. Otherwise if you want the pool party go to firesky resort & spa or spend more to stay at the W in Old Town. The valet said I should get free meals & drinks out of this but that didn't even happen. They were going to charge me $90 for my 2nd night & I said I'd rather sleep in my car after they admitted to taking too much of a deposit. A $71 per night room ended up being over $320 for 2 nights. They said I'll have to wait for bank to credit me back.
