  • Don't go here!!! If I could give a no star rating I would. I walked in to get my passport photo and was told to sit in the chair - the lady (I am assuming the co owner of the business) told me to adjust my hair, etc. She took the picture and showed it to me in Black and white (what I was looking for). I said it was fine. She printed it in colour. I mentioned I wanted black and white and was told that passport offices accept colour. I mentioned again nicely I wanted black and white. I was told it will be another $10. Fine, another $10. This time the husband and other co-owner came to where the picture was taken and I sat down- I wanted another photo anyways. He told me that I didn't need one he had just printed in black and white the same photo. I stated that I would prefer another photo and that I wasn't informed it was a reprint. I was told it was another $10 if I wanted to retake the photo. Seriously?!?!?!?!?! I told them both that this wasn't what I requested and wasn't consulted about what I wanted when I came in and didn't feel I should be charged more fees. The told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I told them this is really poor customer services and passport photo places are very plentiful. So I left without paying for anything. They could have had my $20 but got greedy and now have nothing. You might want to consider an alternate option to this place, there are plenty around.
