  • They where early to come to the clean up spot. They cleaned better then averagely but they threw out a lot of things that I wanted to keep and then I had to dig thew the trash to find my stuff. The next day in the sunlight I noticed a few marks on the walls they missed. But the floors and kitchen where done pretty well. I'd use them again. But if I did I'd for sure tell them exactly what not to throw away so I didn't have to dig threw the trash again. They where nice, professional. I just wish they didn't just assume everything is trash. And I wish they cleaned the walls better. But it's not really that huge of a deal. Later I got a call from management who told me they where sorry for them throwing away some of the stuff that was not trash and they let me know they value there customers and they gave me a partial refund. That was unexpected. But it's good to see they do value there customers there are alot of businesses in this town that act like they don't. I would use them again. They also let me know they don't clean walls b.c. sometimes the paint comes off. They do have good customer service and I can see why they have good reviews online and thats actually the reason why I called them in the 1st place is from there good reviews online.
