  • I have been going to this clinic for about 3 years and never had a problem. This year I was a walk-in, again, but I had to wait over an hour to be seen. It was a week ago yesterday that I received an e-mail stating that my application was incorrect. I didn't get the email till late in the day yesterday, so I tried to make the corrections myself but couldn't do the uploads. So I thought I'll go in this morning to talk to them about it, but found they don't open till noon!! I paid these guys $100 to send a correct application, and now I'll have to wait even LONGER to get my card!! I am in chronic pain and I am NOT happy with this clinic anymore and if they don't return my $100 fee, I won't be back. So disappointed!!
