  • Horrible customer service! My husband purchased 2 suits. When he went in for the alterations (which the fees are too high in my opinion), one suit jacket was the wrong size. No problem, I thought. WRONG! Not only did they not accept responsibility for mis-ordering, they were not even going to offer him any sort of "invonvenience" discount on the alterations charges on the 1 suit that was ordered correctly. This place is over priced, full of snobbish employees who care nothing about customer service. I would NEVER recommend this store.
