I can never find Bouchon bakery when I am in search of the perfectly flakey and delicious Bouchon croissant, so if it's early I will grab a seat at their bar and enjoy a continental breakfast. I'm a latte drinker but I will do their drip coffee any day because it's so robust, just like in France. Sigh... it's a pricey indulgence for coffee and bread but I do it every chance I get. Usually when I'm doing a show at the Sands.
For dinner my favorite menu staples are Steak frites. Thin fries, crispy and perfect. Also the Moules in that divine sauce.
I will probably never find the bakery in that sprawling property and I am ok with that.
