  • Yikes! Had an appointment in a time frame of 11-2 a good 3 hour window and they didn't show up or bother to call they would be late. I get a call from Cindy 40 mins after 2PM and she says the guy is on his way to the house. She is extremely rude and hangs up on me when I tell them politely that I no longer want to have the appointment anymore because I already ordered from another company.
