  • Rented the Giant XXL Backyard games for a birthday party. Wish we would have received the games that we saw on the website. Jenga was child sized plastic version, not the large wooden set in the pictures. The checkers were plastic and on a cloth like a tablecloth - not wooden, we had to actually anchor it to a tent ourselves. The operation game was missing a piece and no red skirting and we had to use our own table. The other games were flimsy and in my opinion not what was shown. Very disappointed, not at all with what is being charged. When I called to complain the customer service was subpar - he did give $100 back - but I still feel the cost was too high.
