  • Super slow service. The line was three-deep and we waited for a solid 5 minutes before any of our orders were taken. There was also no regard to the wait/slow service. They were in no hurry. Just a sense of "I'll get to you when I get to you." No smiles, no apology for the wait. Do yourself a favor and just drive one more mile down rainbow to go to the other Starbucks.
