  • After several years of fighting with my old car, I had finally had enough and decided to upgrade. I searched online for a 2015 Ford Focus and Bill Luke Fiat in Tempe popped up with exactly what I was looking for. I made sure the vehicle was in stock and emailed back and forth with the Internet Manager for a little bit. I applied for the in-house financing in hopes of saving a long wait at the dealership. Debbie called and let me know that we were approved, said congratulations and asked when I would like to come pick up my new car. After I got off work, my husband and I went down to finalize the deal. We were met by Horea who came with us on the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the function of the various options it came with. He took the time to point out many of them to us. He is a wonderful salesman to work with! Since we had already been preapproved for the financing, we got to skip a lot of the usual car buying back and forth. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, down to the monthly payment, and I got it. After some signatures and paperwork, Horea handed us over to Jay in Financing where we sealed the deal. Jay is a kick in the pants! He has a wonderful desk side manner and is very easy to work with. The entire process from start to finish took less than 2.5 hours. Horea met us outside with the keys, attached the temporary plate, and took the additional time to help me hook up my phone to the Bluetooth that came with the vehicle! He made sure that I knew I was a valuable customer. I drove away in my "new to me" car and now I don't have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road anymore!!! Thank you SO much Bill Luke Fiat for making the car buying experience a pleasant one! I will send all my friends and family your way for sure!!!
