This review is mainly focused on our casino and dining experience here at the California Hotel and Casino. First off this hotel is packed with people from Hawaii. We even saw one of our high school classmates.
We played Blackjack here and our dealers were professional, but managed to have fun too. They don't have card shufflers here so whenever they reach the end of the deck, they manually shuffle their cards. Although it takes longer than the other casinos, I feel like the cards are more properly shuffled. Not to mentioned we aren't losing money as rapidly.
I already did reviews on the two restaurants we ate at here in the California; Market Street Cafe and Aloha Specialties. The food is tasty and their portions are generous for what their priced at!
All in all the California Hotel and Casino as a whole feels like home away from home.
