  • It's been about 9 months since I last went to the dentist (mostly because like everyone, I'm not a big fan). I came across this office because of my roommate and I'm glad I decided to give them a try. When I arrived I was greeted by Diana. She was so sweet and patient. She honestly went above and beyond for me because my insurance was taking a very long time to verify my coverage. While they took care of my insurance Cecilia took me to the back to start on my X-rays. She was also very patient and professional as well. Finally, the person I was most afraid to see (dentist) came in. Dr. Faddis came in and greeted me. I told him what my concerns were (chipped tooth, cleaning, and how straight my teeth look or don't look lol) Dr. Faddis was able to fix my chipped tooth without having to put any anesthesia which was awesome. My cleaning was painless and fast and now I am going back to get my wisdom removed :(. If you're looking for a good office that offers great customer service and satisfaction I would definitely recommend this office.
