  • Walked in looking for headphones went to the section where they had a few looked for helped spent over 20 minutes waiting to get help. Had to walk to the other side of the store just to even find a rep who would actually acknowledge I was in the store looking for help. Had multiple reps walk right by me and when I would look at them before I can even speak they would put there head down and walk right past as if I wasn't even there. Extremely frustrating. I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years and the service has getting worse every time I walk in. Wish there was another store in the area where I can get my electronic needs covered and maybe acknowledged that you have a good paying customer right in front of them. Looks like shopping online will be my route for now. Never walking in here again.
