  • This place deserves no stars!!!! They were absolutely awful!!!! I went in to get a Keratin Treatment and the stylist doing my hair did not know what she was doing . Mid-treatment the supervisor noticed that the treatment was being done incorrectly and they had to start all over AGAIN. To top it off, they asked me to return 3 days later so they could shampoo my hair because of their mess up. And, when I went back I was told they couldn't do it because my original stylist was out for the day. Now my hair is frizzy since the treatment did not take. I've had this procedure done elsewhere and it has turned out great. I will not be returning and I encourage everyone to explore other salons.
